Read MoreOur supported housing services are designed for adults who require safe, stable accommodation alongside varying levels of support to live independently. Referrals are typically made through Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Care Providers, healthcare professionals, or other authorised agencies. Eligibility is assessed on an individual basis to ensure the accommodation and support arrangements are suitable for the person’s needs.
The referral process begins with the submission of relevant information about the individual’s housing and support requirements. Our team then conducts an assessment, explores suitable housing options, and works with partner organisations to identify the most appropriate placement. Once a suitable match is found, we coordinate the move-in process and ongoing support arrangements.
We offer a range of specialist supported housing options, including shared accommodation, supported living homes, self-contained units, and specialist housing designed to meet specific accessibility or support needs. All properties are selected and managed to promote safety, independence, and community integration.
Support is tailored to the individual’s needs and may include tenancy sustainment, wellbeing support, housing-related guidance, community engagement, life skills development, and coordination with care and support providers. Our goal is to help residents maintain successful tenancies and achieve greater independence.
